We want you to love your ILIA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to qualify for a full refund.

Navigate to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to your return package.
Send It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the items.
